Graymills Corporation is inviting label and package converters attending LOUPE Americas 2026 to look beyond the pump and consider the performance of their entire ink-delivery system.
“It’s not just a pump. It’s the whole system,” says Kristen Shields, president of Graymills. “A pump delivers its best performance when the plumbing, filtration and workflow surrounding it are designed to work together as a complete system. We engineer each element around the customer’s press, ink, and production requirements.”
At Booth 3622, Graymills’ ink-delivery experts are working with converters to examine factors that can interfere with press performance, including:
- How ink, equipment, and workflow interact
- Pump selection and performance
- Plumbing configuration
- Filtration
- Changeover procedures
- Cleanup processes
Graymills works with converters and press manufacturers to develop solutions based on actual operating conditions. Instead of treating pumps, plumbing, filtration, and controls as separate components, Graymills evaluates how they work together to support dependable ink delivery, smoother changeovers, and less time fighting the system — keeping presses running and labels moving.
“Converters often know something is slowing down their workflow, but the cause is not always obvious,” Shields says, adding, “Our job is to ask the right questions, pinpoint where performance can be improved and engineer a solution that works together in the pressroom.”.
LOUPE Americas visitors are encouraged to bring their most persistent ink-delivery challenges to the Graymills team at Booth 3622.
